You are evaluated by how you look. How you carry yourself. How you speak. How you take space. How much you register.

There is no time l to explain yourself. Most people will decide what you are before you speak. By the time you act, the outcome is already leaning in one direction.

If you are not aware of this, it works against you. If you see it but do nothing, it continues.
